The rumors are true, the amazing Jessica Shelton is here! She arrived on Friday and we have spent the past two days having quite the adventure. She has already had the privilege of hanging out with a monkey, waking to a HUGE spider by her face, witnessing the violent act of chicken sex, buying fish so fresh it was still alive, winning over the fan club, and weaving through the city on the back of a motorbike.

ReplyDeleteIt's so good to hear that Jessica's there and already having a wonderful African experience! I'm sad that I only just read the earlier blogs and saw that you wanted candy, clothes and other cool things for the kids, because I would have loved to have shopped for some to send with Jessica and Brittany. I know Brit has a bunch of clothes to bring with her, so maybe I'll just wait for the next traveller to join you! I hope the resume and job search info was helpful - I tried to not make it too bulky or heavy, so may not have sent as much as you wanted.
Now that classes and graduation are over at MHC, I will have lots more time to read and respond, so please keep this blog site updated every single day with 100s of photos. Kasey, you have a career in comedy...your post are delightful, especially the one about logging in to facebook to sample college life (I presume you told them that sometimes students go to classes too!).
